Dear Sir,

I would like to express my interest to work for your esteemed organization and to introduce myself that, I am a Bangladeshi citizen with substantial field experience in the development sector. I have a CV for the position mentioned for your consideration, and attached briefly:

  • I have obtained two post-graduation degrees in both MBA in Marketing and Masters in Management.
  • I have more than 16 years of hands-on managerial experience in project management in very diverse contexts with a wide range of stakeholders. Besides, I have 5 years of extensive experience in child and adolescent development-focusing on child rights, sponsorship programs, women’s rights & empowerment with a human rights-based approach. Besides, extensive experience in education, trafficking, food security, cash for work, DRR, and WASH projects management.
  • During my career, I have worked for child development through 20 child centers reached thousands of sponsorship children, accessing water and sanitation to 1 million people in urban and rural areas, establishment 300 community organizations, the formation of women’s federations; created employment for 2000 women through business interventions.
  • I have adequate skills in the project lead such as analytical skills, networking, and communications, people management, project management, staff management, and belief in teamwork for optimum resource utilization. Acquainted in partnership management with LGIs & NGOs.
  • I have supported and worked for different donor-funded projects i.e., Plan Bangladesh, ActionAid, WSUP, EU, USAID, Plan, WaterAid, Ministry of Health & Education, Local Government, and so on.
  • As an experienced person, I have always used to carry on hard work with full endeavor under a proper strategic plan that helps to do assigned tasks smoothly and systematically i.e., Planning, documentation, budget preparation, report writing, monitoring & evaluation, negotiation, coordination, facilitating a meeting, seminar, and workshops.
  • I am a person with a positive mind, gender-sensitive, and have excellent ability to manage complexities and follow a result-oriented approach.
  • I am fully familiar with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication, moreover, having to work, written, and speaking fluently in English. I have a valid license for motorcycle driving.
